When Timothy Davey presented the idea of having a Becky Wasserman Imports Bar takeover, I jumped at the idea. Becky was one of the leading influences in resetting expectations for what great wines of Europe should represent. Having an eye for quality and constantly uncovering gems, she helped sculpt my palate and without-a-doubt many more. Come enjoy a menu full of these gems as well as the expert knowledge of Timothy Davey who brings these wines into Oregon with his distribution company, Lone Wolf.

Join us for an intimate wine seminar with Penner-Ash winemaker Kate Ayres. Penner-Ash specializes in Pinot Noir, Viognier and old-vine Riesling from the northern Willamette Valley, and embodies the spirit and passion of a boutique producer. Kate will walk us through a selection of 5 wines from Penner-Ash. Learn how she navigates the winemaking process from vine to bottle, as one of Oregon's benchmark producers.
