Perched along the windswept ridgeline of Red Mountain, WeatherEye focuses on meticulously farmed, high-elevation blocks carved into steep, rocky terrain. This intentional vineyard design, marked by varied exposures, carefully matched clones, and thoughtful, low-yield farming, has quickly earned WeatherEye a reputation for producing some of the region’s most character-driven, terroir-expressive wines. Normally difficult to find, this is a rare opportunity to explore the vineyard’s story and taste a selection of their small-production bottlings that typically disappear into their mailing list allocations before ever hitting shelves.

There are few things more special than the natural kinship of Nebbiolo and white truffles. This afternoon will be a special opportunity to examine the amazing qualities of each and to showcase how they both lift each other up. We will prepare a small plate tasting course designed to highlight the aromatic and gastronomic qualities of tartuffi di bianchi (white truffles of Alba), paired with a selection of amazing Nebbiolo. Due to the limited amount of wine available and the rarity of the ingredients, this will be offered to a maximum of 12 guests.
